Whether we train together in Los Angeles, over Zoom, or through a program you run on your own schedule — every plan starts with an assessment and a conversation, not a template.
Different formats, same standard: science-based programming, honest coaching, and a plan that fits your real life.
Fully individualized sessions with hands-on coaching — in the gym with me in LA, or live over Zoom from anywhere.
No crash diets, no forbidden foods. We build sustainable eating habits around your preferences, schedule, and goals.
A custom training program delivered to you, updated as you progress — for self-motivated lifters who want expert structure.
Simple, transparent, and starting with a conversation that costs you nothing.
We talk about your goals, training history, schedule, and budget. You ask anything you want. No pressure, no scripts — if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.
Based on your assessment, I build your program — training, nutrition, or both — and we pick the service format that matches your life and your budget.
We execute, track what the data says, and adjust. Progress isn't linear — but with the right plan and honest coaching, it is inevitable.
You won't find a price list here, and that's deliberate. Coaching isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is what people can invest in it. On our assessment call, we'll find the service and structure that genuinely fits your goals and your budget — that conversation is free, and there's zero obligation after it.
Yes — beginners are often my favorite clients, because we build good technique and habits from day one instead of fixing them later. Every plan starts at your actual level, not an imagined one.
Zoom training is a live session — I'm watching, cueing, and coaching you in real time, just remotely. Online programming is a custom plan you follow on your own schedule, with video form reviews and check-ins. Live coaching offers more hands-on guidance; programming offers more flexibility and a lower price point.
Honestly: it depends on your starting point, consistency, and goals — anyone promising a fixed timeline is selling something. Most clients feel a difference in energy and strength within 3–4 weeks; visible body composition changes typically take 8–12 weeks of consistent work.
Not necessarily. Online programs are built around whatever you have — a full gym, a garage setup, or minimal equipment. We'll cover your situation in the assessment.
Everything I program has a reason you can ask about, backed by research — I hold CSCS and USAW Level 2 certifications, and I explain the "why" behind your plan in plain language. No bro-science, no fads, no shortcuts dressed up as hacks.
Tell me where you are and where you want to be. We'll figure out the rest together — in Los Angeles, over Zoom, or anywhere in the world.
