Train on your schedule with a program built just for you. This service is perfect for anyone ready to level up without the constraints of set session times. You’ll start with a full fitness assessment, followed by weekly personalized training plans tailored to your goals, equipment access, and lifestyle. Get expert-designed workouts, goal tracking, nutrition check-ins, and ongoing support via email — all structured to help you stay consistent and see results, wherever and whenever you train.

Bi-Weekly Health and Fitness Education Group Zoom calls

Stay current, stay motivated, and stay connected. These live Zoom sessions are designed to keep you informed on the latest training, nutrition, and health insights — all delivered in a way that’s clear, actionable, and easy to apply. Each week, you’ll join a supportive group as I guide you through a focused topic, followed by open Q&A time so you can get your questions answered in real time. It’s more than just learning — it’s about building the confidence to make smart decisions for your health.

At Moony Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services that support your health and fitness goals. Please read our fulfillment policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made for personal training sessions, packages, or digital products are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, non-usage, or personal circumstances.

Session Scheduling & Fulfillment

After purchase, clients will receive instructions via email or client portal to schedule their personal training sessions. If you do not receive this information within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at Moony@moonyfitness.com.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. However, to respect everyone’s time:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited.
  • No-shows(15min grace period) are considered late cancellations and are also non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We cannot extend sessions due to late arrival.
